When you become a NACE member you can elect to take your membership to a higher level through becoming a certified educator. This section outlines how this can occur.

Certification provides a classification which recognises your level of expertise and experience as an educator. This may be relevant when considering a new position or recognition for your current role.  There are currently three levels of certification:

The decision of which level to apply for is made by you - you do not have to begin at the General level and work up, although many do. To decide, simply read through the certification criteria and if you can complete all within a certain classification then that is the level you should apply for.
